Chairman Ward called the meeting to order at 7:00 P. M. and
introduced the Recording Secretary, Building Official and
members of the Board. He then requested a moment of silence
for their departed friend and~member, Frank G. Lucas.
MI~TES
The minutes of November 18, t974 were read. Mr. Rutter made
a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Mr. Cousins.
Motion carried 5-0.
Chairman Ward anno~ced they would review the following appli-
cation tabled at the last meeting-
Parcel #1 - Relief from 25' rear setback requirement to 8'
rear setback to install roof and screen enclo-
s~e over patio.

Chairman Ward asked if any of the members had any further
questions to ask Mrs. Roberts after reconsidering this appli-
cation and all the members responded individually that they
had no further questions. Chairman Ward noted that there was
nobody present, besides Mrs. Roberts, either in favor or
opposed to this application.
Mr. Boel~z made a motio~ to this variance, seconded by
~. Rutter. MotiOn carried 5-0. Mr. Boeltz then added a
stipulation that in the future the screening was not to be
enclosed for living quarters. ~. Rutter seconded. Stipula-
tion to motion carried 5-0.
