Mr. Cousins, acting as Chairman, called the meeting to order at
5:30 P.M. mud introduced-the members.
Parcel~l - Relief from 25 ft. rear setback requirement
to build a porch enclosure in the rear on an
existing slab 8 ft. from rear property line.

Mm~. Robert Smith of Delray Screen Enclosures, Inc., introduced
himself and stated he was representing ME. Rogers. Mr. Cousins
stated that the building is now 5 ft. closer to the property
line and how far is it from the water? Mr. Robert Smith did
not know. Mr. Eckert asked if there were any other buildings
extending back. Mr. Smith replied that he did receive a var-
iance~ but was not sure if it was on 26th Avenue. Iv~. Cousins
asked if there were any objections and received no response.
Mr. Eckert made a motion to grant the variance being there is
au additional 12 ft. to the water line. M~. Ampol seconded the
motion and all voted in favor.

on the lot than zoned for? Mr. Robinson replied that they have
a standard model house and the lot is about l½ ft. short, Mr.
Cousins asked if they were all canal lots and Mr. Robinson replied
Yes.
Mr. Ampolmade a motion to grant approval and Me. Lucas seconded
the motion. All voted in favor.
~ne minutes of June 4 were read. Mr. Lucas made a motion to
accept the minutes as written and it was seconded by Mr. Eckert.
The minutes of April 16 were discussed and reference was made to
the correction noted regarding the minutes of April 9. ~o Ampol
made a motion to approve the April 16 minutes including the motion
correction regarding the April 9 minutes. It was seconded by ~.
Lucas.
Mr. Eckert made a motion to adjourn and it was seconded by M~.
Ampol.
