Mr. Ward called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
No minutes were read.
Parcel #1 - Relief from 60' frontage requirement to 50' frontage, as
platted, to bUild single family residence LOSs 25 and 26,
Block 15, Boynton Heights
Recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 64, Palm Beach County Records
Address: 215 S.W. Second Avenue
Applicant: A. J. and Dorthy V. Williams
Mr. Ward informed the Board of the above request and noted that a correction in the
address was necessary and should be 215 S.W. Second Avenue and not 315.
Mr. Herb Keets stated his name and advised the Board he was the representative for
the above applicants. H~ further stated that he has a contract for sale of this lot
providing a variance for extra frontage i~ granted. There are vacant lots on all sides,
but the owners were not willing to sell. He plans to sell this property to Charles!~
Ronell and a house will be built lengthwise and will meet all requirements with the
exception of the frontage.
Mr. Ward asked if there were any objections. Mr. Harry Carlson stated his name and
address as 308 Second AVenue. He was referred to the corrected address and further
advised by the Board that this property was on the next block.
Mr. Cousins made a motion to grant the request. Mr. Lucas seconded the motion and
it was carried 5-0.

setback to build single family home.
