Recorded in Plat Book 2g, Page 53 Palm Beach County Records
Address: 907 S.W. 36th Court
Applicant: John B. Roberts Construction, Inc. representing
Loren $. aud Sharon E. Daniels, Owners
read an affidavit signed by Loren S. and Sharon E. Daniels regarding the
residence that will require a yard variance and appointed John B. Roberts their
representative.
Roberts stated his name and Pompano Beach address. He stated the following
~asons for this request:
The culdesac at the end of the road as laid out on the plot plan
has caused this exception on most of the lots in the area. ¥~.
Hester asked if the foundation had been laid by April 107 Mr.
Roberts replied: No, the foundation was not laid until the permit
was gotten. The foundation was laid with a beam so that it could
go either way. Every house at the end of the culdesac has come in
for an exception and it has been granted. The beam was laid then
since crews were available and possibly would not be available at
a later date, but it appeared to neighbors he was going ahead.
Mr. Ward asked if it was~a predesigned home or a model home? Mr.
Roberts replied: No, a standard model, but hsr~to fit on that
odd-shaped lot. ~. Roberts further stated that most every house
was similar and variances had been granted. The house is still
17 feet back further from the house adjacent to it.
