Mr. Barrett stated that the variance requested should actually
be 20'8~, Mr. Pagliarulo agreed and the correction was so
Mr. Pagliarulo, Ft. Lauderda!e, represented Sands Foint Homes.
He explained that plans for the house were drawn up for the
property and it turned out that the house required a shorter
setback than was anticipated. He is requesting this 4~4'~ to
allow the house to fit on the property rather than go back
and draw another set of plans. Several other homes in the
immediate block have less than 25' setback.
Mr. Pagliarulo further stated that his architect probably
went by the deed restrictions which state a 20~ setback, rather
than calling the Building Department.
Mr. Hester read a letter from Hank Thompson stating he had
no objection to the variance.
No objectors were present.
Mr. Lucas moved that the request be granted with the correction
to 20~8'' setback, seconded by Mr. Ward. Motion carried 5-0.
Variance granted.
Mr. Ward moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Ampol.
Meeting adjourned.
