Mr. Cousins moved to accept the minutes of November 6 as written,
seconded by Mr. Lucas. Motion c~rried 4-0.

The Board reviewed the application for a two story building with
two efficiency apartments on the 2nd floor and'a three car
garage on the 1st floor.
Mr. Ness stated that the requirement is 20' rear setback in R-2
zoni~g but this request for 15' backs up to the railroad tracks.
Mr. Ward moved to gr~nt the request~ seconded by ~r. Lucas.
Motion carried 4-0. Variance granted.
