Minutes 09-11-72MINUTES OF TH~ BOARD OF ADJUS~ MEETING ' HELD AT CITY HALL, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA SEPT~ER 11, 1972, at 5:30 P.M. PRESENT Mr. Ezell Hester Yin. Robert Beane Mr. F. Ward Mr. W. Rutter Mr. F. Lucas ABSENT Mr. L. Cousins Mr. R. Hueston Mr. William Galeazzi, Building Official Mr. Robert Ness, Building Inspector Mr. Hester called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. Approval of Minutes July ~4, 1972 - July 31, 1972 - August 28, 1972 Mr; Rutter moved that these minutes be accepted as written, seconded by Mr. Lucas. Motion carried 5-0. OLD BUSINESS Mr~ Beane moved to rehear the Charles Daniels case, seconded by Mr. Ward. MOtion carrried S-0. Mr~ Hester stated that this is a 50' lot of record and Mr. Daniels wishes to build on it, He will stay within the setbacks. Mr.-Beane moved that the variance be gr~nted, seconded by Mr. Lucas. Motion carried 14z0. Mr. Hester abstained because he owns property in the area. N~W BUSINESS Parcel # 1 Relief from 20' rear setback in effect to 18' rear setback Lot 15, Block 19 Golfview Harbour 2nd Section Recorded in Plat Book 27 Page 47 Palm Beach County Records Address 1315 S. W. 25 Ave. Applicant: James L. Comntryman ~. Louis B. Cushner, 1301 S. W. 25 Avenue represented Mr. Coumtr>nnan. He explained that Mr. Countrymanwould like to build a screened enclosure with a roof. Mr. Board of Adjustment 9-11-72 Mr. Cushner is a neighbor of Mr. Comntryman and there is seven (7) houses on the Lazylake, all have enclosed areas. He is only asking for two (2) feet so that he c~n enclose it. None of the neighbors object to it. Mr. Lucas moved that the variance be granted, seconded by Mr. Beane. Recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 46 & 47 Palm Beach County Records Address: 1155 S. W. 25 Avene Applicant: ~aomas L. Davis Mr. Tom Davis explained that the depth of the lot is only 100' put in a patio. The house is on a Cul-de- Sac. He would like to He further stated that they had to setback further because the lot is narr~x. It is right where the two canals come together. !Mr. Bean moved that the request be granted, seconded~, Ward. Motion carried 5-0. E. 1st Street Applicant: Giovanni Caliendo Mr. Galiendo explained that he would like to build a screened enclosure for recreation purposes. His nearest neighbor is 200' away. A letter was received from E. T. EcMards, 211 S. E. 9th Avenue stating he had no objections to the request. No objections were received. Mr. Ward~ moved that the request be granted, seconded by Mr. Lucas. 5-0. Motion carried Mr. Lucas moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Rutter. Meeting adjourned. Mr. Ezell Hester, Chairman
