Mr. Hester stated that he ~as the letter that stated that Mr. Gill wants to build a
nice house on the Intracoastal but the lot is too shallow. Most other places on
the Intracoastal the lots are much deeper than t00'. Wants to build the house like
the model.
Mr. Ward asked if they saw the model before they bought the lot? Mr. DeMarco stated
they have owned the lot about two years and have been in contact with him about ~o
monhhs.

stated it is on Lake Worth.
