Mr. Lucas moved that the minutes of the last meeting be accepted as written,
seconded by Mr. Cousins. Motion carried 5-0.

Mr. Paul Herig~ 218 N~ E. 12th Street, Delr~v represented~lnor Corporation. He
explained that the reason for the request is that Milnor Corporation granted an
easement to the City to permit a sewer line from the lift station to go across the
canal. This has created a hardship. The house did not work out the way the
engineer planned and it exceeds the rear setback. This is the smallest model the
corporation builds. It is on a canal.
There were no objections to the request.
Mr. Beane moved that the request be granted, seconded by Mr. Lucas.
