Approval of Minutes Mr. Lucas moved that the minutes of the last meeting be accepted as written, seconded by Mr. Cousins. Motion carried 5-0. Parcel #1 Relief from 20' rear setback existing to 18' rear setback Lot 20, Block 13, Golfview Harbour, 2nd Sec. Recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 46 & 47 Palm Beach County Records Address: 1361 S. W. 27 Ave. Applicant: Milnor Corp. Mr. Paul Herig~ 218 N~ E. 12th Street, Delr~v represented~lnor Corporation. He explained that the reason for the request is that Milnor Corporation granted an easement to the City to permit a sewer line from the lift station to go across the canal. This has created a hardship. The house did not work out the way the engineer planned and it exceeds the rear setback. This is the smallest model the corporation builds. It is on a canal. There were no objections to the request. Mr. Beane moved that the request be granted, seconded by Mr. Lucas. 5-0. Motion carried Parcel # 2 Relief from 60' lot width requirement to 55.61' lot width Lot 18 Boynton Heights Add. # 1 Recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 7 Palm Beach County Records Address: 434 N. W. 1 Ave. Applicant: Mildred W. Schwenke Mr. Larry Gaines represented the applicant. He stated that the lot was platted 55 feet. Mrs. Schw~nke would like to build a house on the lot. She would meet Board of Adjustment Meeting 3-13-72 all the required setbacks. There were no objections to the request. Mr. Cousins moved that the request be granted, seconded by Mr. Lucas. Motion carried 5-0, Parcel # 3 Relief from 7-1/2 side yard setback requirement to 6-1/2 side yard setbackexisting, Ail of lot 14 except W. 8' plus W 15' of Lot 15 Block 9 Betlamy hgts. Recorded in Plat Book 13 Page 62 PalmBch. County Records Address: 440 S. W. 9 Ave. Applicant: Max Ward Mr. Ward was present to represent his request. Mr. Ward requests a 1'~ variance on side yard setback to build a screen porch. He will not build beyond the present structure. Mr. Lucas asked if this will be mostly screen? Mr. Ward answered "yes". There were no objections to the request. Mr. Beane moved to grant the request, seconded by Mr. Ward. Motion carried 5-0. Mr. Bean moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Ward. Motion carried.
