Mr. Hester called the meeting to order at ~5:43 P.M.

Applicant: Mr. and Mrs. Leonamd W. Kanonik
Mr. and Mrs. Kanonik, 213 S. E. 3rd Awmue were present. Mr. Kanonik stated he
would like to build a t2' by 33' screened porch on to his new house. There is
a 35 foot cmnal at the ream of the property. It would leave a 13 foot setback.
No objections were received and there were no objections present.
Mr. Beane moved to grant the request, seconded by Mr. Mahlmeis~er.
