Mr, ~ueston called the meeting to order at 5:30 P '"
z~:r. Hester moved that the minutes of the previous meeting be accepted as written,
seconded by Hr, Yates. Motion carried 5-0.
Parcel # 1 Relief from requirement of approximately
17 parking spaces to 9 parking spaces.

Mr. Stein of Florida Bahama Seafood Company was present at the meeting. Need
extra area for business~ No other property available. Need to generally clean
up the premises° ~ould not have enough parking to meet zoning at present~ there-
fore request variance. Mrs° Louise Mayfie!d asked h~ the variance would effect
her.
She was told that it is strictly a request for pa~ctng and that everyone within
300 feet was notified.
Mro ~moved that the request ba granted to Florida Bahama Seafood Company~
seconded by Hr. Hester. ~otion carried 5-0.
Mr. Beane moved to adjourn~ seconded by Mr. Hester.
