Mr. Hueston-called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. ·
~. Hestem moved that the minutes of the last meeting be accepted as written
seconded by Mr. YateS. Motion carried 5-0.

.Mr. Wendell Jones represented Mr- Womersley. He presented a 'plan of the lot.
Proposal for .the lot would not exceed setback etc..
Seventy-five (7500) hundred square foot lot area is required under the present
zoning. The plans show only 6250 square feet. Also 70 feet frontage required.
Lot is a lot of record and can't be used without variances.
Mr. Yates moved to grant the request for variances, provided he conforms to
setbacks and footage requirements for the building. Seconded by Mr. Bean.
Motion carried 5-0.
Mr. Ward moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Hester. Motion carried 5-0.
