Regular meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Iir. Hueston presiding.
Minutes of last meeting approved as written.
The following officers were elected:
Robert Hues ton - Chairman
Ezetl Hester - Vice Chairman
Wm. H. Yates - Secretary
Meeting days set for Mondays at 5:30 P.M.
Mr. Hueston read application of Arthur L. Smith to the Board.
Request variance in front footage requirement,
Lot 19, Block 8, Cen~al Park Annex Subdivision,
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 51, Palm Beach
County records.
Address: 123 S.W. 13th Avenue
Owner: Arthur L. Smith
Mrs. Marion DeBoard represented ~. White and addressed the Board.
She answered questions of the Board.
Mr. Leonard F. Nichols ~ 131 S.W. t3th Avenue represented several
objectors. He requested that as long as set backs are required~
they had no objections.
Motion by Mr. Yates, seconded by Mr. Doughty to allow variance with
construction to begin in six months. The vote in favor of the variance
was unanimous.
M~. Hueston read second application of Mr. Louis Mirisola of 902 Mission
Hill Road.
Request variance to build to the lot line in
rear, Lots 68 g 69, Lakeside Gardens Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 8~ Page 57: Palm Beh
Co. records.
Address: 2600 N. Fed. Hwy
