?~. Ridgeway opened the meeting and asked for approval of the minutes of
the previous meeting.
M~. Hueston moved that the reading of the minutes be waived. Seconded by
Mm. Yates. Unanimously carmied.

Plat Book 10, Page 64, Palm Beach County records.
Address: 211 North Seacrest Boulevard
Applicant: Rsma~n B. Pisonero.
F~. Ridgeway advised it is presently zoned C-1 and the reason for the
variance is to allow them to build fou~ (4) cazpoz~s in the reap and put
in a dmiveway in from N. W. 1st Avenue so as to add more parking spaces.
The lot size is 32 x 105.8' and it is owned by M~. Ramon B. Pisonero.
M~. Pisonero c~rm fo~a~d and advised he wanted to build a carport in
the reap of the proper~ so he can get his vehicles under cover and keep
from pa~king them across the street. He can keep them in back and also
will have delivery from thei~ supplies available.
Mm. Yates: Is the carpor~ going all the way to the back of you~ lot?
M~. Pisonero: Just a slab top roof. NorTh and West Side.
Mm. Yates: Read from the Ordinance.

Mr. Pisonero: Notification was sent to everyone in the block and we have no
objectors at all. Is there a time limit on this now? It is getting so late
now and the season is getting so close: I may not have time to get it all
done o
