NEW BUSINESS
Request Variance in front setback requirements on following described
property:
Lot South half of tract marked
Reserved in Coquina Cove Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 14,
Palm Beach County records.
Address: 621 Shore Drive
Ow~er: J.F. Mosher
~. J. F. Mosher, 621 Shore Drive~ came forward and presented his case
for a variance. He wished to close in existing car porte, which projects
five to six feet in front of front yard setback. Mr. Mosher explained
the improvement would protect his property while he is away during the
summer and would help the community appearance.
Mr. R. B. Olds, 651 Ocean Inlet Drive~ and Mr. Po F. Merriam, 706 Ocean
Inlet Drive appeared before the Board and expressed their opinions°
Neither appeared as objectors.
After discussion, Mr. Brand made a motion, which Mr. Ridgeway seconded,
that Mr~ ~osher be allowed to proceed to close in the car porte. Motion
~as corrected by Mr. Davis to limit the work to the extent of the exist-
ing concrete floor slab. Amendment accepted and motion was approved.
