~. Davis called the meeting to order at 5:30 P. M.
MINUTES
Mr. Davis read the minutes of the last meeting of the Board of
Adjustment dated January 20, 1967. There were no corrections.
¥~. Brand moved that the minutes be accepted, Mr. Yates seconded
and it was unanimously carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Variance in rear set-back requirements,
Lot 6, Block ~, Woodcrest Manor
Address: 23& S.W. 13th Avenue
Owner & Applicant: Anthony & Dolores Schipps
Mrs. Dolores Schipps came forward to speak in favor of the request.
There w~re no objectors present at the meeting.
Mr. Brand moved that the request be granted subject to the approval
of the Veterans Administration. ~r. Ridgeway seconded and it was
unanimously carried.
Mr. Brand moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Yates
and unanimously carried.
