Address: 206 N.W. 5th Avenue Owner & Applicant: Arthur J. O'Connor Mr. Yates read a letter of objection to this request from ¥~. and Mrs. John Sckmidt, 220 Portion Rd., Lake Ronkonkoma, New York. Mr. Arthur Jo 0'Conn°r came forward to speak in favor of this re- quest and stated that these lots were laid out rather odd and irregular. In answer to Mr. Sarno's question, Mr. O,Connor stated he plans to start work in a month or so and does plan to stay in this house and live there and that the bedroom addition is a necessity. Mr. Blanchette stated an 8' setback is the rule on screen enclosures. It was noted that the variance requested has nothing to do with the screened pool area. Mrs. Hellbig, a friend of Mr. & ~s. Schmidt, came forward and stated that she was not speaking in opposition but had just come in to see what was going on so she could let Mr. & Mrs. Schmidt know the outcome.
