Public Hearing was called on the following application.
Variance in rear setback of Lot 4, Blk. 8,
Mission Hill, as recorded in. Plat Book 24,
Page 178, Palm Beach County Records.

i~ro N~ies was p~esen$ ~nd told the Board that the plans for the
house was drawn before he realized that he had to have a twenty-five
foot rear setback and a thirty-five foot front setback, ~.ud, as the
plans were draw~, he would not have enough room to build the house
he desired. He was asking for a 4~8" adjustment in the rear setback.
There were no obJ~ectors present and none had been received by
mail.
The Board discussed the application and recalled other~quests
that had been gr~ted in the same area due to the fact that the deed
restriction of thirty-five feet setback in the front and the City
restriction of twenty-five feet in the rear. It was determined that
a hardship existed in that over fifty percent of the l~ud area was
taken up by setbacks. ~r. Yates moved that the request for a foU~~
feet eight inch (4~8') adjustment of ~ear setback be granted°
