i~. Davis called the meeting to order te consider an application
by Leon Cloutier for a variance on rear set back line on the following
described property:
Lots 18, 19 and 20, FERN RIDGE, according to the
Plat thereof on file in the office ef the Clerk
ef the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 26, page llS.
Address: 416-4~6 S. ~. 7th Court
Mr. Leon Cloutier informed the Board that he was asking for a four
foot variance on the rear set back lines, in order to build the house
that he had plans for and have the proper exposure. It would mean
that the back yard would be 21 feet instead of the required 28 feet.
A petition was received objecting to the variance signed by
fourteen property owners in the immediate vicinity. There were eight
persons present and objecting to the variance°
Nr. Yates moved that the request ~o~ a variance by Mr. CloUtier
be denied. Mr. Dou~ty seconded the motion which passed three to two.
~r. Sa~no moved that the officers for the coming year be:
George Davis, Chairman; ~illiam Yates, Vice-Chairman; and ~. L. Doughty,
Secretary. ~ir. Swank seconded. Carried uns~imously.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned
at app~oximately ~:4~ p.m.
