_ Davis called the meeting to order to consider application
by Leon Bo ~iner for a variance on rear set back line on the
following described property:
FOREST HILLS, Lot l, Block 6, according to the
Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County~
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 8V~
D~ddress: 26~0 S. ~. 7th St.
Er~ Leon B~ ~iner was also present, it was brou~t to the
attention of the Board that ~r. ~iner had altered his original
request in order that his propose~ pool and screen enclosure would
not encroach on the public ~tility easement which runs along the
so~th side of the property. ~ Sarno moved that the 2 foot
variance be allowed provided that it did not encroach on the public
easer~ent. ~r~ Yates seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
