~r. Davis called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m° to consider
application by Leon B. ~iner for a variance on rear set back line
on the followi~ described property~
FOREST HILLS, Lot t, Block 8, according to the plat
thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
recorded in plat book 25, page
Address~ 2530 So Wo 7th St.
There were no objectors present. ~ro and i~rs. Leon B. ~iner
were present and presented their reasons for asking for the variance.
Through an examination of the plat, it was determined that the
variance requested would encroach 2 feet on a public utility ease-
ment on the south side of the property.
It was the opinion of the members that the Board would have
no power to go into the public easeraent. ~r° Doughty moved that
the meeting be suspended until it could be determined what could
be done about the easement. The motion was seconded and unanimously
carried.
