Mr. Davis Called the meeting to order at 5:05 P.M.
Parcel 1:
BOYNTON HEIGHTS, Lots 9, 10~ 11 & 12, Blk. ~, according to the plat thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 10~ page 6~.
Variance in set back from rear property line. Owner J. W. Stewart.
Mr. Stewart was present~ there were no objectors.
Mr. Sarno made the motion the request for a lO foot variance be granted
for when Second Avenue is widened it would work a hardship on Mr. Stewart
to meet the parking regulations required~ if the variance were not granted.
Motion seconded by~ir. Swank, passed unanimously.
Mr. Sarno made motion to adjourn~ seconded by Mr. Yates. (5:20)

was postpened until 5 P.M. February ll, 1963, as there ~s not a quorum
