Variance: to reduce multiple f~aily dwelling square footage floor area
requirement to 500 square feet per unit, and to reduce building set back
line requirement in rear to l0 feet. Owner John D. Melear.

on parcel#lo Carried unanimously.
2nd parcel:
The W ½ of Lots 15 and 16, Block 6, GULF S~ ESTATES PLAT NO. 2, a
subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the olat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
for Palm Beach County, Florida~ recorded in Plat Book 13~ Page 51.
Variance: to reduce building set ~ack line requirements to 25 feet front,
15 feet side street, 6 feet rear and 6 feet on off-street side Owner
George Feltis.
No objections to parcel #2.
Motion made by M. L. Doughty this variance be granted on parcel #2,
seconded by Dave Swar~k. Carried unanimously.
