Rolling Green Beautification Workshop

Site: Rolling Green Elementary School - 400 NE 26th Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435
To Do Lists discussed:
April 6th (Work will begin at 7:30am) Steve H. and 8-10 scouts will prepare area for planting.
Refreshments: Breakfast, Pizza, sodas - Lorie. She will try to get donations. Receipts for anything purchased
will go to Sherri.
Drinks: 3 coolers (Ice, Gatorade, Water) 1 each- Steve H.
2 Pop up tents, 4 tables, 32 chairs
Prepare Sign-up sheets, Volunteer bank forms, Board information flyers, Youth council info sheets. - Sherfi /

Sherri - We need a press release to all papers for April 13th. Chris Foster should be the one to follow-up with
the press to find out if they will cover the event. Chris can be emailed at BSAT395CFl(~_,cs.com.
Contact/invite: Garden club, Commissioners, Mayor, Dan DiCarlo, other city officials. Sherri

Reserve city digital camera - ?? (Steve H. will also bring a digital camera.)
Both Days:
Deliver sunscreen to Sherri - Shanna.
Sign in Tent with volunteers assigned.
Order 2 Port-°-lets for the site.
All equipment necessary for planting -- Steve H. and Chris Foster
Organization of all volunteers to do's etc. - Chris Foster
Contact nurseries for donations of plants, trees, and walkway stones - Mary. ***Slash pines and walkway
stones need to be delivered before April 5th. Deliver to 222 NE 9th Ave, the Parks Field Office. All other
plants may be delivered the following week.
