AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, by GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINIC
ON PROPERTY MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREINAFTER, WHICH PROPERTY IS PRESENTLY
ZONED 1{-2: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION ~'f The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows: A conditional use for the construction and operation of a
medical and dental clinic complex is hereby granted and authorized on the
following described ~ronemty;

43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly right-of-way
line of Seacrest Boulevard (also known as Boynton-Delray School Road)
with the east line of the West Quarter (Wi/4) of Tract 14 of the
Subdivision of said Section 33, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book i, page 4, Palm Beach County records; thence south-
westerly along said right-of-way line 545.21 feet to the beginning of
a curve in said right-of-way line, concave to the southeast and
having a radius of 3779.83 feet; thence continue along the same course,
and along the southwesterly extension of the tangent portion of said
right-of-way line 91.72 feet, more or less, to a point 636.93 feet
southwesterly (measured along said right-of-way line and said
southwesterly extension) from the east line of the West Quarter
(Wl/4) of said Tract 14; thence southeasterly at right angles to
said southwesterly extension 1.11 feet to a point in said right-of-way
line, and the point of ~eginning of the parcel herein described; thence
continue along the same course southeasterly 363.31 feet, more or
less, to a point in the south line of Tract 15 of said Section 33, thence
westerly along the south line of said Tract 15 and the south line of
Tract 19 of said Section 33, 418.47 feet, more or less, to a point
in said easterly right-of-way line; thence northeasterly along said
right-of-way line, it being the arc of a ¢%~rve concave to the southeast
and having a radius of 3779.83 feet, a distance of 228.44 feet, more
or less, to the point of beginning.

Section 33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
FlOrida. )
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaini:Lag portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
