AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC~
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE no. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USE FOR.
TRAILER SALES ON CERTAIN PROPERTY PRESENTLY
ZONED "ZONE C-i", REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Legal Description -The North 200 feet of Lot 1, CRESTVIEW,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 154. Address -
2200 South Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, Florida.
To authorize conditional use of property for mobile home
sales.
The official zoning map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2. Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, in~iuding word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not be affected by shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION $. Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinance
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
