AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 6~-9 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zone d as follows:
Legal Descrip~__ion: Lot 23, Block 4, BOYNTON HEIGHTS,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to the plat thereof on file in the office of theClerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
in Plat Book 10, Page 64. Address: 211~ N. Seacrest Blvd.,
Boynton Beach, Florida. To be re-zoned from Zone R-2
to Zone C-1 (LIMITED COMMERCIAL).
SECTION 2. Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaini~g~ portion
shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. REPEALING PROVISIONS: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
