A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING
CITY UTILITIES AND RELEASING THE PERFO~4ANCE
BOND FOR VILLAS OF NORTHWOOD AT HUNTERS RUN,
TRACT E, RECORDED IN BOOK 50, PAGES 77 AND 78
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the City to accept completed public improvements for
maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton hereby accepts the plat
improvements from Summit Associates, Ltd., for the Villas of
Northwoods at Hunters Run,
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of performance bond No. B126047 in the amount of
$91,000.00 previously posted with the City Of Boynton Beach.
