AN APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1961
AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 196'2.
WHEREAS, the CITY CI~!~.~ER of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA, requires an appropriations ordinance be passed by the City Count
of said municipality each year, adopting a budget showing revenue of the
City from all sources and the expenditures to the various purposes for the
ensuing fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the proposed budget for the ensuing fiscal year
previously prepared by the City Council and now on file in the City Hall of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby adopted for
the fiscal year of said municipality beginning November 1, 196i;and ending
October 31, 1962, pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of
Section 28 and Section 84 of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, said budget being made a part hereof by reference.
SECTION 2: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$720, 747.00 to the General Fund for the payment of operating expenses and
necessary capital outlay for the city government pursuant to the terms of
the above budget.
SECTION 3: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$39,685.98 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for the
purpose of paying the interest due on the general obligation bonds of the
City not subject to $tai~tory exemptions, and for redeeming such bonds as
they mature.
~ECTION 4: That there is hereby approrpiated the sum of
$13,952.18 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for
the purpose of paying the interest due on the general obligation bonds of the
subject to sta~vutory exemptions, and for redeeming such bonds as they
mature.

SECTION 5.~ That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$244,807~ 6,7~ to the Water Utility Fund for operating expenses and necessary
outlay, including payment of developer's refunding agreements, for'the
municipal water department.
SECTION 6: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$79,059.33 to the Interest and Sinking Fund of the municipal water departmeni
for general debt service for the purpose of paying interest due on the bonds of
said department and for redeeming such bonds as they mature.
SECTION 7: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$8,409.00 to the $~er:~iility Fund for operating expenses and necessary
capital outlay for the municipal sewer department.
SECTION 8: Thai there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$59,540.00 to the' Interest and Sinking Fund of the municipal sewer departmen
for the general debt service for the purpose of paying interest due on the
bonds of said department and for redeeming such bonds as they mature.
SECTION 9: Thai this Ordinance shall become effective from and
after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, in such case made and provided.
