R00-150 RESOLUTION NO. R00 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING CAPITAL
CONSTRUCTION PRIORITIES FOR THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH FOR 2000-01; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City staff met with residents in a series of community meetings
this past summer to compile a listing of capital construction projects for submission
to the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the listing of capital construction projects was presented to the
City Commission for review and evaluation; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has deemed it to be in the best interests of
the residents and citizens of the community to establish and prioritize said capital
construction projects for 2000-01;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMHISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are true and correct and
hereby ratified and confirmed by the City Commission.
Section 2.. That the City commission of the City of Boynton Beach does
hereby establish and prioritize the capital construction projects for the year 2000-01,
as set forth in the attached composite Exhibits attached to this Resolution and made
a part hereof.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
