RESOLUTION NO. 86-~ A RESOLUTION TO RELEASE THE CASH PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR RESTORATION OF THE EXCAVATION WORK REQUIRED FOR THE PR©PERTY KNOWN AS COSTA BELLA IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST WHEREAS, the excavation and fill work permitted for the Costa Bella subdivision has been completed, and, WHEREAS, the final plat for the Costa Bella subdivision has been approved and a performance bond posted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: That the cash restoration bond in the amount of $12,207.00 is hereby released.
