3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
4 APPROVING THE SELECTION OF INLINER SOLUTIONS, LLC, AS THE
5 LOWEST BIDDER FOR ITB 03-CIPP2-24 FOR THE BOYNTON LAKES
6 BOULEVARD, GOLFVIEW HARBOR CURE-IN-PLACE PIPE LINING
7 PROJECT; AND APPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER FOR AN AMOUNT
8 NOT TO EXCEED $499,870; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
9 FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS, the City and Granite Inliner, LLC entered into an Agreement for Cured-in-
13 Place Pipe Lining dated May 11, 2022, approved by Resolution No. R22-059, respondent to
14 RFQ #UTL22-013 for Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining; and
15 WHEREAS, the City entered into an Assignment Agreement with Inliner Solutions, LLC,
16 dated June 6, 2023, approved by Resolution No. R23-071; and
17 WHEREAS,the City issued ITB 03-CIPP2-24 for the Boynton Lakes Boulevard -Golfview
18 Harbor Cure-In-Place Pipe Lining Project; and
19 WHEREAS, on February 23, 2024 the City received two bids, the lowest bid from Inliner
20 Solutions, LLC, formerly known as Granite Inliner, LLC; and
21 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon the
22 recommendation of staff, deems it in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City
23 of Boynton Beach to approve the selection of Inliner Solutions, LLC, as the lowest bidder for
24 ITB 03-CIPP2-24 for the Boynton Lakes Boulevard, Golfview Harbor Cure-in-Place Pipe Lining
25 Project, and approve a purchase order for an amount not to exceed $499,870.
26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
27 BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
28 SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
29 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption
30 hereof.

32 SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach hereby approves the
33 selection of Inliner Solutions, LLC, as the lowest bidder for ITB 03-CIPP2-24 for the Boynton
34 Lakes Boulevard, Golfview Harbor Cure-in-Place Pipe Lining Project, and approves a purchase
35 order for an amount not to exceed $499,870.
36 SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect as provided by law.
