A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
NORTHWOODS AT HUNTERS RUN, ADDITION NO. 1
(POD "E", PHASE II) IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 46
SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount Of $184,533
is being held according to City Ordinances to insure that sub-
division improvements are installed, completed and paid for in
accordance with applicable requirements, and;
WHEREAS, all fees including the $1,845.33 admini-
stration fee has been received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and
subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF ~4E CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH OONCURRING WITH FIVE-LANE
DESIGN PROPOSAL FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF NORTH
SEACREST BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach has for sc~e
time supported the reconstruction of Seacrest Boulevard from the south side
of the C-16 Canal to Hypoluxo Road; and
WHERF_.AS, the City Council has on several occasions adopted resolu-
tions supporting the reconstruction of Seacrest Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council appreciates the workshop appearance of
Palm Beach County Officials on October 25, 1984 to present studies, design
alter natives and reports on this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY ~4E CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Council supports a fully developed five-lane
section for the resconstruction of North Seacrest Boulevard from the south
side of the C-16 Canal to Hypoluxo Road, with the sidewalk located adjacent
to the curb.
Section 2. The City Council requests that the Palm Beach County
Board of County Commissioners arrange to provide funds for this reconstruc-
tion project in the 1985-1986 Budget authorizations.
Section 3. The City Council will take all reasonable steps to
assist Palm Beach County in carrying out this project.
