I. CALL TO ORDER
Hilary Zalman, Community Standards Special Magistrate, called the Hearings to order
at 9:10 a.m. and explained the Magistrate's role and the procedures. Pursuant to Chapter
162, Florida Statutes, all orders are appealable only to the Circuit Court in Palm Beach
County and not to the City Commission. Also, a fine will be imposed if the violation(s) are
not corrected by the deadline.

case was opened in February and some of the permits were only applied for on Friday.

cannot remain there for trash. He also noted the owner has three RVs on the property
and only two are permitted.
Mr. Matthew Haggerty, contractor, said they are still deciding about the concrete driveway
and will complete the landscaping following. He said they need 30 days to obtain the
permit and 90 days to complete the project.
Officer Estime said it needs to be completed sooner because they continue to receive
calls from the neighbor.
Ms. Zalman suggested 90 days, but Officer Estime requested 60 days.
