AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE //205, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEA(
FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION 10 The following parcel shall be re=zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
L_~egal description:Commence atihe quarter section.corner on the
line between Section 33 and 34, Township 45 South, Range 43 East·
for a point of beginning; thence run Easterly a distance of 155.91
feet on a line having a bearing of North 89 degrees 24' 40" East
to a point on the West right-of-way line of the Intracoastal Waterway;
from this point run Southerly a distance of 848.19 feet along the
West right-of-way line of the Intracoastal Waterway on a line having
~bearing of South 7 degrees, 07' 04'" West to the point of beginning;
from this point of beginning run Westerly a distance of 707. 6 feet
on a line having a bearing of North 89 degrees 33' 02" East to a
point lying in the East right-of-way line of Federal Highway, known
as State Road No. 4; thence run Northerly along the East right,of-
way line of State Road No. 4 a distance of 457.35 feet to a point;
thence run Easterly on a line having a bearing of North 89 degrees
31~ 46" East a distance of 725 feet more or less, to a point lying in
the ~Vest right-of-way line of the Intracoastal Waterway; thence run
Southerly along the West right-of-way line of the Intracoasts~ Water~
on a line having a bearing of South. 7 degrees 07~ 04" West a distance
of 45'9. 58 feet to the point of beginning, LESS a strip of land along the
Westerly side hereof conveyed to State of Florida as right-of'way
for State Road No. 5, by deed recorded, in Official Record Book 123,
page 106, Palm Beach County records. (State Road No. 4 and State
Road No. 5 are the same as U. S. I~ghway No. 1) Said parcel being
located at 2500-2600 South F~deral Highway. To be rezoned "Zone
Muliiple Dwelling.
SECTION 2. Separability: Each of ihe provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if
any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
