BE. IT ORDAIkNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI{E~ CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. "Chapter 29 of ihe Code ef Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as amended, be a~d ihe same is hereby
further amended by, adding therelo an additional section to be designated as
Section 29-3 which shall read:
SECTION 29-3: SPEED OF RAILROAD TRAINS: It shall he
unlawful to operate any train, either of passenger cars
or of freight cars, or of both, drawn by one or more
locomotives, driven hy diesel or~ steam power or oiherwise,
or any other type of railway vehicle, upon railway tracks
within the ;corporate limits of the ~ity of Boynto~ Beach,
Florida, ai a speed in. exces'sef.e}~hieer~((~iS)miles per hour'.
SECTION 2; ' Any person, firm or corporation which violates
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be penalized by a fine not exceeding
$500. 00 or imprisonme:nl for a term of not exceeding l~i~e~y (90) days, or both
fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 3:1 Atl.~ordinances or parers of ordinances insofar as
.they may be inconsistent wi~h or-in conflict ~ith. the .provisions of this ordin-
ance shall be and the same are hereby repealed.

sentence, phrase or .~word thereof be declared by a
court of competent jurisd~ction to be unlawful, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remainder hereof~as ~ whole Or part thereof, other than the
