The following parcel shall be re-zonedand/or zoned as follows: Lois 1 io 11 inclusive', city ,of BOynton Beach, Florida, according lo the plat thereof on file. in the office, of ihe Clerk of the Cir:cuit Court in a~d for Palm Beach Couniy, Florida,. recorded in Plat Book 24, page 70,: lo ~ re-z~ned,(Zone C-i) for single f~y residential purposes with minin~um living area of 550 square feet, exclusive of car porte, garage or, patio. SECTION 2.
