AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORID~A~ ANENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOW'S:
SECTION t. The following parcel shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
TRACT 1: Legal description - Lot t0 of Sam Brown,
Jr'S.Hypoluxo S/D of Sec. 15, Township 45 South,
Range 45 East, except the following parcel.
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 10, thJnce
go easterly along the South line of Lot i0

155.67 feet, thence Northerly at right a~gles
to the preceding course 59.95 feet; thence
Westerly parallel to the South line of said
Lot l0 - 58.95 feet, thence go Northerly at
right angles to the present course 7.9 feet,

of Lot l0 - 91.94 feet to the West line of
Lot 10, thence go Southerly along the West
line of Lot l0 -- 59.86 feet to the point of

SECTION 2: Separability! Each of the provisions of
this Ordinance are separa41e ~n'cluding word, clause, pSrase or
sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION S: Repeali.nG Provisioas: All ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
