O#303ORDINANCE #30 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be re-zoned and/or zoned, as follows: TRACT 1: Ail of the Subdivision of FOREST PARK HEIGHTS, a subdivisinn to Boy-nton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, shall be zoned for residential single family, minimum of 1250 square feet floor space. TRACT 2: Lois 24 thru 33, both inclusive, Block 29; j Lois 1 thru 12, both inclusive, Block 41; ~ Lot 1, Block 44; and v Lot 5, Block 36, All being in ROLLING GREEN RIDGE FIRST ADDITION, a subdivision to Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to be re-zoned to allow erection of multiple unit resident buildings, 30% maximum use of land area. TRACT 3: Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, CASA LOMA SUBDIVISION, to be re-zoned to permit marine repair and matted machine shop and other marine work. TRACT 4: Lois 1, 2, 3, 28, 29 and 30, Block 3; LOis 1,.2, 3, 27, 28 and 29, Block 5; Lois 1, 2, 3, 31, 32 and 33, Block 6; Lots 1,2, 3, 18, 19 and 20, Block 7; Lots 1,2, 3, 14, 15 and 16, Block 8; Lois 1, 2, 3, 12, 13 and 14, Block 9; Lois 1,2, 3, 12, 13 and 14, Block 10; and Lois 1,2 and 3, Block 11, / Ail being in SEACREST ESTATES, a subdivision to Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to be re-zoned for duple, x residential buildings. TRACT 5: Lot 129, RIDGEWOOD HILLS, to be re-zoned to permit erection of Medical Professional Building. Ordinance #303 Page 2 TRACT 6: All that part of the south half of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Sectinn 28j Township 45 South, Range 43 East, lying west of a parcel of land conveyed to the FEC railway company by a deed filed July 1, 1926, recorded in Dee~. Book 383, page 268, Palm Beach County records, and lying east of the plat of Central Park Annex, recorded in Plat Book 12j page 51, Palm Beach County records, to be zoned for Light Industrial. TRACT 7: Lots 1,2,3,4 and 5, Block 1; Lois 1,2,3,4 and 5, Block 6; All being in CENTRAL PARK ANNEX, and /~ Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 25; Being in BOWERS PARK~ to be re-zoned for Warehouse site and Commercial use. SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance are separable including wor~t~ clause, phrase or sentence, and if any provision shall be declaredin'valid-. the remaining portion shall not be effected but shall remain in force and effect. SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. First reading this 20th day of January, 1958. 1958.
