A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CONGRESS LAKES, PLAT
NO. 1, P.U.D., IN SECTION-19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $405,111.75
is being held to insure that site i~provemen%s are installed,
completed, and paid for in accordance with applicable requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed
upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section ~2. That the bond in the amount of $405,111.75
will be held in accordance with the provisions set forth in the
Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City of Boynton Beach.
