WHEREAS~ Article XII, Sections t and 2 of the City
Code requires the City no accept completed public improvements
for mainnenance and operation.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby acce~ts
the plat improvements from Glens West of Hunters Run for
Tract "N" of Summit, Plat No. 1.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hearby authorizes
the release of performance bond No. 884237 in the amount of
$79,000 previously posted with the City of Boynton Beach.

I hereby certify that POD N, at Hunters Run Subdivision
Required Improvement~ have been completed under my responsible
direction and conform with the approved construction plans
and the Subdivision and Platting Regulations of the City of
Bo~nton Beach., Florida. Copies of. measurements, tests and
reports made on the work and materials during the progress of
construction along with a copy of each of the construction plans
on a high quality, time stable reproducible mylar showing the
original design in comparison to the actual finished work have
been submitted and are on file in the records of the City of
Boynton Beacb, Florida.

PERSONALLY APPEARED BEFORE ME, the undersigned
authority, Benjamin Frankel and Leonard Frankel, who, being by
me first duly sworn, on oath depose and say:
1. That they are the President and Secretary of
Frankel Management, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, a General
Partner of Summit Associates, Ltd., the Developer of THE GLENS WEST
AT HUNTERS RUN - Tract "N", the plat of which is recorded in Plat
Book 42, pages 199 through 200, inclusive.
2. That they shall guarantee the Required Improvements
(as said term is defined in the Subdivision and Platting Regulations
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida) constructed on or installed
in that certain tract of land ~n the City of 'Boynton Beach, Florida,
which tract is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein against defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of one year from the date on which the City
Council of Boynton Beach, Florida, approves and accepts the dedica-
tion of the Required Improvements.
3. Affiants make this affidavit to induce the City of
Boynton Beach to-accept the dedication of the Required Improvements.
