NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby acce~ts the plat improvements from Glens West of Hunters Run for Tract "N" of Summit, Plat No. 1. Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hearby authorizes the release of performance bond No. 884237 in the amount of $79,000 previously posted with the City of Boynton Beach. That they shall guarantee the Required Improvements (as said term is defined in the Subdivision and Platting Regulations of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida) constructed on or installed in that certain tract of land ~n the City of 'Boynton Beach, Florida, which tract is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date on which the City Council of Boynton Beach, Florida, approves and accepts the dedica- tion of the Required Improvements. 3.
