Non-resident Program Registration Fee for Instructional Programs $2.00 per person per program 2. M~.~'sSoftball Leagues Non-Resident Fee of $50.00 per team per league (A Resident Team is classified as a team sponsored by a Boynton Beach business or organization and/or having at least 5 team members residents of Boynton Beach.) 3. Sports Field Light Use Night use of athletic fields by adult teams not involved with department sponsored programs will be charged $3.00 per hour. (Little League Park fields, Pence Park field, Galaxy Park field, Wilson Park field) October 5, 1980 EX}tIBIT "B" FACILITY RESERVATION AND USE POLICIES PRIORITY POLICY: 1. The Recreation and Park Department shall have first priority for use of all facilities at all times. 2. Clubs and organizations co-sponsored by the Recreation & Park Department shall be honored ahead of other groups. Not-for-profit community service organizations and public and governmental agencies' requests shall be honored if time is available and activities are appropriate for the facility. Private groups and clubs, religious organizations, and the like shall be honored if time is available, activities are appropriate for the facility and established rental fees are paid in advance. 5. Reservations shall not be granted to organizations promoting partisan politics. e With the exception of clubs and organizations co-sponsored by the Recreation & Park Department, reservations may not be made more than three months in advance. 7. Unique and unusual requests not covered by policy shall be referred to the City Council for appropriate action. FEES AND CHARGES: Co-sponsored clubs and organizations, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental agencies shall reserve the facility free of charge, unless: Their requested hours convene before, or terminate after regular operational ho~rs of the facility and require additional staff time. b. In such cases the fee schedule will be applied. Ail other groups and organizations requesting and granted use of facilities shall be charged according to the following schedule: Exhibit "B" Continued a. AuditOr iums $25.00/hour b. Meeting Rooms $I0.00/hour 3. Completion of reservation forms and payment of fee in advance must be made before approval is granted. FACILITY USE FOR FUND RAISING: Not-for-profit groups requesting use of facilities for fund raising events must file an application to solicit with the City Clerk and receive subsequent approval from City Council. Groups not considered not-for-profit and requesting use of facilitiesfor profit-making ventures must receive approval from City Council and arrange a contract agree- ment stipulating amount to be paid to the City and by what method, i.e. rental, percentage of gross, etc. 3. This policy applies to parks as well as building facilities.
