80-BBRESOLUTION NO. 80- ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH. FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABAb~DONING A SPECIAL PURPOSE EASEMENT LOCATED IN TRACTS C A~IIO D CHARTER WORLD (CHANTECLAIR VILLAS) AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31 PAGE 21 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton, Florida, has reviewed an abandonment petition from Orlan Homes Corporation; and WHERE, AS, after thorough public investigation and public hear- ing on said abandonment, it appears that no hardshio will be occasioned by such abandonment, such abandonment will be for the best interest of the general public, and that no valid reason exis why the~same- should not-be vacaned; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida: Section 1. That the land hereinafter described is hereby vacated and abandoned and said areas are hereby returned to acreag~ for purposes of taxation.
