80-QRESOLUTION NO.80- ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY~ OF BOYNTON BEACH, FL©RID~, AMENDING FEE FOR PLACING MARKERS IN THE MUNICIPAL CEMETERIES. WHEREAS, Section 6-3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to cemeteries within said municipality, provides that the City Council shall from time to time, by resolntion, fix the prices to be charged for the sale of cemetery lots and for other purposes; and WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board of the City of Boynton Beach, has heretofore forwarded its recommendations to the City Council relative amendment of existing fees; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the fee is hereby established for placing of grave markers in municipal cemeteries at S25.00 each (Single or Double) Section 2: All other charges and procedures presently existing relative the operation of municipally owned cemeteries within said City shall remain as now established.
