has revie¢¢ed an abandonment petition from RITECO DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION, the

road right of way running southerly

Canal lying East of Lots 94, 95, 103-
107 inclusive and B!est of lots 96-102 inclusive as shown on
the Plat of the subdivision .of Section 29 and 20, To~cnship 45
South, Range 43 East as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 20 of the
Public Records of Palm Beack Connty, Flarida; and
WHEREAS, after thorough public investigation and public
on said abandonment, it appears than no hardship will
)e occasioned by such abandonment, that said abandonment will be
for the best interests of the general public, and that no valid
reason exists why same should not be vacated;
NOW, THEPJEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
~ITY OF BOY~,~ON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1~ That portion of the 30' road right of way run-
ning southerly from the north line of Section 20, Township 45
South, Range 43 East to the Boynton Canal lying East of Lots
94, 95, 103-107 inclusive and Wesn of lots 96-102 inclusive as
shown on the Plat of the subdivision of Section 29 and 20, Town-
shio 45 South, Range 43 East as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page
20, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. is hereby
and abandoner and said
