RESOLUTION NO. R25-208
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
2 BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE INCREASE OF THE TOTAL
3 AMOUNT PAYABLE TO CINTAS CORPORATION NO. 2 TO AN AMOUNT
4 NOT TO EXCEED $85,000; AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the City approved Resolution No. R25-077 on March 18, 2025, approving a
8 Cooperative Acceptance Agreement between the City and Cintas Corporation No. 2, and
9 authorizing the issuing of purchase orders to Cintas Corporation No. 2 to provide workplace
10 solutions to the City on an as-needed basis in an annual expenditure of $60,000; and
11 WHEREAS, the City desires to increase the total annual expenditure from $60,000 to
12 $85,000 to meet expanding operational needs and ensure continuity of service. Leveraging the
13 OMNIA Partners cooperative contract continues to support the City's goals of efficiency,
14 transparency, and cost-effectiveness by eliminating the need for a separate solicitation process;
15 and
16 WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon the recommendation of staff, has deemed it in the
17 best interests of the City's citizens and residents to approve the increase of the total amount
18 payable to Cintas Corporation No. 2 to an amount not to exceed $85,000.

20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
21 BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
22 SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
23 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption.
24 SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby
25 approve the increase of the total amount payable to Cintas Corporation No. 2 to an amount not
26 to exceed $85,000.
27 SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect in accordance with the law.
