I. That there be, and there hereby is, levied upon all of
the taxable property, both real and personal, within the City
of Boynton Beach~ Palm Beach Cottnty, Florida, A G~RAL TAX to
provide for the GE~RAL~XPENSE of said City as provided in the
Budget Items hereLnbefore set forth, to-wit: a tax sufficient
to produce the sum of Thirty-one thousand, six hundred ninety-
six dollars and twenty-six cents - ($31,698.~6) ......

of the taxable property, both real and personal, within the City
of Boynton Beach, P~lm Beach Cotuuty, Florida, A SPECIAL TAX T0
provide for the payment of i~.~-TEREST ON 0UTST~iNG INDEBTEDNESS
as herei~oefore set forth, to-wit~ a tax sufficient to produce
the s~m of ~venty~four thousand, five h~udred ~ud O0/100 dollars-

3. That said taxes herinbefore referred to, in Paragraph
I of Page 4, be and the same hereby are, apportioned to and
levied against all taxable property, both real and personal~
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Bo~_~ton Beach, PaLm
Be:ach County~ Florida, in proportion to tha assessed valuation
of such properties as are not exempt fror~ taxation by reason of
the Homestead Admendment. The valuation of all taxable property,
both real and personal upon which such taxes may be levied,
situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Boynton Beach,
Palm Beach County, Plorida, for the taxable yea~ 1951~ which is
the fiscal year ending December 31s~, 1951, as shG~Jn by the Tax
Assessment Roll of said City of Boynton Beach~ being hereby fixed
at One Nillion, four hundred seventy thousand, sixty-six dollars
and ninety-seven cents ($1,4~0,066o9~).
4. That said ta~.es hereinbefore referred to, in Paragraph
2 above, be and the same hereby are, apportioned to and levied
agsinst all taxable property, both real and personal, within
the Corporate Limits of the City of Boyn~on Beach, Palm Beach
County, Florida, in proportion to the assessed valuation of
such property. The valuation of all the taxable property, both
real and personal~ situated within the Corporat~ Limits of the
City of Boyr~ton Be~ch, Palm, Beach Cozmty, Plorlda, for the tax-
able year 195i, which is the fiscal year ending December 31st,
1951, as shown by the Tax Asses~men~ Roll of said City of
Boynton Beach, belng hereby fixed at Two Million~ two h-~dred
eighty-three thousand, two hundred forty-one dollars and ninety-
seven cents ($2,283,~.41o9V).
5. That said Taxes, hereinbefore referred to, in Paragraphs
i and 2 abova, be extended upon the Tax Books of the City oF
Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, in the proper millage
proportionate to the valuation thereof as returned by the Tax
~_ssessor, that is, that the millage thereof be as follows, to-wit:
