2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
3 BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL
4 YEAR 2025-2026 AMENDING THE CAPITAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE
5 GULFSTREAM BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR ALL
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget was adopted by the City Commission by
9 Resolution No. R25-245 on September 18, 2025; and
10 WHEREAS, staff is requesting Commission approval to amend the Fiscal Year 2025-2026
11 budget as noted specifically on Attachment 4; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon the recommendation of staff, has deemed it in the
13 best interests of the City's citizens and residents to approve a Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year
14 2025-2026, amending the Capital Appropriation for the Gulfstream Boulevard Construction
15 project.
In NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
I7 BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Is SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
19 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption.
211 SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby
21 approve a Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, amending the Capital Appropriation for
22 the Gulfstream Boulevard Construction project, as further detailed in Attachment 4, attached
23 hereto.
24 SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect in accordance with the law.
