~8~YEREAS~ it is deemed to be to the best interests
of the residents m'~d taxpayers of the municipality of
Beach, Flo.~m~, that certain rights-of-way be dedicated for
a~oad ~a~d street purposes;
NOW~ THER~O~, BE IT ORDAE~ED by the City Commis-
sion of the City of Boy~ton Beach~ Florida~ that the following
aescrib~d pieces of property~ situate in Section 33~ Township
45 South,~Range 43 ~ast, in Eoynton ~each. Palm Beach County~
Florida, viz:
