O#208ORDINANCE NO. 208 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ PLAM BEACH COUNTY~ FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION $ OF ORDINANCE NO. log AS AMENDED BY ORDIN- ANCE NO. 1~9~ ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON, PALM BEACH COUNT, FLORIDA~ PROVIDING FOR OCCUPATIONAL TAXES TO BE IMPOSED AND COLLECTED FROM ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION ~THIN THE CITY OF BOYN- TONy ENGAGED IN OR MANAgiNG ANY BUSINESS~ PROFESSION OR OCCUPATION, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES TO ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION ENGAGED IN OR MANAGING ANY BUSI- ~SS~ PROFESSION OR OCCUPATION; THE AMOUNT F TAXES TO BE IMPOSED OR COLLECTED ON AC~ COUNT THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY F0~ VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT ~REWITH." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY~ FLORIDA: 1. That Section $ of Ordinance No. 105 as amended by Ordinance No. 159~ entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON~ PALM BEACH COUNTY~ FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR OCCUPATIONAL TAXES TO BE IMPOSED ~ND COLLECTED FROM ANY PERSON~ FIRM OR CORPORATION WITHIN THE CITY OF BOYNTON, ENGAGED IN OR MANAGING ANY BUSINESS~ PRO- FESSION OR OCCUPATION; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES TO ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION ENGAGED IN OR MANAGING ANY BUSI- NESS, PROFESSION OR OCCUPATION; THE AMOUNT OF TAXES TO BE I~0SED OR COLLECTED ON ACCOUNT THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF .ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLIC~ NE. REWITH," be amended to read as follows: Section ~. That the amount which shall be paid by the several persons, firms, associations or corporations engaging in or managing such respective businesses~ professions or oceuoatlons be~ and they are hereby fixed as follows: Punch Board Operators $1o00 Munch Board Distributors 50.00 2. In the event that any provision of this Ordinance shall be declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudica- tion shall in no'manner effect any other provision of this Ordin- ance by all the rest thereof shall be in full force and effect as though the provisions so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not orginally a part hereof.
